Queue cannot be activated

Hello Friends,

we have an XI Queue problem. " The queue is registered and therefore cannot be activated"

Can anyone help me out in this case…..

Check if the queue is locked. If yes, unlock it first.

Else goto sxmb_adm->Manage Queues->QRFC monitor->. Find ur queue and deregister it. Then go to smq2 and activate the Queue.

First Check if the queue u specified is locked or not.

If locked, unlock it.

Else goto tcode: smqr, find your queue, deregister it and process the message again.
