Change of Account Group

Hi Sappers

Please can you advise if you have been experiencing problems in your environment when converting

your customers from eg. ship to party to sold to party.

If your customer hierarchy is being used do you lose some of

your company code data when the conversion is completed.

Please can you howeve rtell him me how can the system loose data that it original had prior to the conversion from Ship to party

to Sold to Party.

T.Code: XD07 is for changing Account Group. I suppose it is not possible to change the Account Group.

Yes we have changed the account group using XD07 but the for some unknown reason the company code data of the Shipp to party is some how

disappeared?

Have you experienced similar issues?
