Dear All,
Customer Credit Balance are not getting reset even after payment received... Anyone can help us out to identified the root cause for the same, we are facing same problem again & again...
Is anyone has came across same type of problem in past..

Hi,
please check ur customer master change mode by using T-code XD02.company code data>payment transactions tab>there u can find a field called payment history record.activate the field .ur problem may be solved..
