Dear All,
Customer Credit Balance are not getting reset even after payment received... Anyone can help us out to identified the root cause for the same, we are facing same problem again & again...
Is anyone has came across same type of problem in past..

Hi A Singh,
You can try using T.code F.32 atuomatic clearing.
Main Reason may be difference in currency rate.
Kindly reward points if use full
