Documentation Authorization in Solman !!

Hello Folks,

i want to control upload of documents in tcode solar_project_Admin..

For eg

Say in configuration phase, i want only a few set of people to upload documents and read it, but these people should not be able to change anything else related to the project....

Hello Anand,

Can you please try the two check boxes namely Edit structure and Edit structure, change documents and Administration in the scope tab of Solar_project_admin.

By ticking the Edit structure checkbox- You cannot place project structure elements in and out of scope or enhance the project structure.

By ticking edit structure, change documents and in the administration tab- You cannot edit project structure elements and modify documentation and administrative data.
