How to delete inconsistent TemSe Objects

Former Member

Hi,

We are using ECC 6.0 Due to some OS level change we got some 60,000+ inconsistent objects in SP12.

We selected all objects in SP12 and tried to delete. But we are getting Time_out error.

We tried to delete using report RSPO1043 and RSPO0043 also.

But both didnot work.

If any one is having clear idea how to delete these inconsistent temse objects request you to reply..

Thanks & Regards,

naresh

Hi Naresh,

Have you tried to run the reports in the background?

Yes I executed the report in the background also.

I tried with changing the variant "Delete after.. run" from default 7 value to 1 and 0. But it didnot help

Hi Naresh,

But if you're executing this report in the background, you don't get a timeout, I expect. Is there any message in the job log, or is just nothing happening?

What Support Package level are you on?

Regards,

Henk.

Thank you for your reply Henk,

When we executed the reports in the background, job is successfully finished.

We executed the background job 5,6 times with changing the variants.

But TemSe Objects in SP12 are still remained.

Hi Naresh,

Can you please execute report RSPO1041? In this report, you have more options. Maybe deleting a smaller portion of spool requests at a time has a better result.

Hi Naresh,

Well, there doesn't seem to be much info to help us any further. I would look at SAP Note [48400|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/48400]. If you followed all recommedations from this Note, still to no avail, I would open an OSS message for this strange behaviour.

also but not able to resolve the issue.

Thanks & Regards,
