How to download spool requests and then import t again at a later stage

Hi All,

When are in the process of doing a Combined Upgrade and Unicode conversion. So we need to download the spool requests and import those once after the upgrade is done..

I have already tried doing it using SP01 Spool request->Forward->Export as text, but not all requests are getting downloaded, only 200 out of 20,000 are getting downloaded..

Can anybody help me with other alternative?

Hi,

Sorry.TSP02 will contain the print requests.You can export TSP01 table which will be containing the spool requests.

Makesure whether your spool requests are stored in db or in file system level before proceeding.

If filesystem level,then TSP01 will have only the links to fs level

If db level,then TSP01 will have the actual data

HI,

That case is not possible because the tables TSP01,TSP02,TSP03 will be unicoded then, so importing again would not be possible or wouldnt work out...

Is there any reports that can be run, inorder to download these spools from the database?

Export the table TSP02 through a request and then import it later into the system.
