Dear All,
Can anyone advise me that if we have 3 companies with mySAP ERP and each client has about 200 users, but the all administrated by parent company. However every client has about 50 users common.
Initially plan was to go for single system and however is now having 3 production clients.
If we use CUA can we save the user license since there are common users and all belong to single parent company.
All your expertise advised highly appreciated.

Maintaining CUA will reduce your work not License.
Always the licenses would be be per system not per client i think. So check with your customer how many users can be created in the prd system.

License is per Instance(Like DEV,QAS) only. Not for all the client.
When you get the license key from marketplace. they will ask your system Hardware key (Customar key) and System ID(DEV).
May be you have two instance running in single sysem also you should update different license key but same Hardware key.
This is the procedure for appling the SAP license. No need to worry abt client.
