Transfer inactive -> active workspace?

Former Member

Hi,

our developers have checked in whole folders that mustn't be checked in (bin-folders...). I deleted them and there was an activity "Immediate hierarchical deletion" created, that deleted these folders in the inactive workspace. However, this folder is still in the active workspace.

I know I could manually synchronize both workspaces, but is there a possibility to transfer all contents from the inactive to the active workspace so that the active workspace becomes an up-to-date copy?

Thanks for your help,

Volker

Hi Volker,

You could integrate the activities from the inactive workspace to the ative workspace. The complete details are given in the link below:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/bd/043b3880e7b44bb345f37872c55b97/content.htm

Also you could propagate the changes of the inactive workspace to active workspace.

Hope this helps.
