Hi,
My problem is:
I have on my notebook Win XP SP2, Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 so SAP GUI open but doesn't display F1, F4 content.
I know it's the html problem, I upgraded my SAP GUI to the latest 6.20 73 due to the note 950975 but the problem is not resolved.
What should I do it ?

Hello Betta,
I am also facing similar kind of issue but I am having GUI 6.40 for which SAP is ending support from 14th Oct 2008 (Note 147519 - Maintenance strategy / deadlines 'SAP GUI')
So, we have decided to upgrade to 7.10 hopefully this will fix the issue. Probably you can also give a try here is the SMP link to download
