Hello Gurus,
Recently i have configured trasport route as Two System Landscape
Development (client) and Quality (client) in same server and Production Server as different server
( both solution managers are installed on windows 2003 server).
Production Solution Manager is Acting as Domain controller.
I have created transport route like below
DSM (development client 100) -
saved and distributed.
RSTPTEST is Successful.
I have created Trasport request in 100( development client) and made target as 140 (quality client)
and clicked release button, failed with RC=12
By showing below error:
The request's target DSM.140 is client dependant but the target system cannot handle that

Hi,
Please change parameter CTC=1(default value will be CTC=0) in DSM transport tool (in domain controller)
goto domain controller stms ---> systems overview ---> double click on DSM -
> goto transport tool tab ---> click on insert row button -
> give CTC=1
This may work for you.

kiran

Hello All,
Thanks for the valuable info.
Now i can able to release the request, i have updated the tp.exe to latest level in domain controller and in member domain controller also (both tp versions are same version)
But if you see in stms ---> systems overview -
> double click on system ---> trasport tool tab -
> tp version = version ( this shows old version 266, but i have updated the tp to letest level in kernel folder)
old version is TP_VERSION = 266
From OS level its showing latest level (below)
