Reg:Product-sort based on "Low-Level code"-Detail Scheduling Board-PPDS

Hi,

I have a finished product and 50 BOM components.Run a planning run with Heuristics sap_pp_020 in step-1and sap_mrp_001 in step-2.In DS-board i sorted the Planned orders of products by Low-Level codes.But It is not sequencing as per Low-Level code in the Board.What could be the reason?

Hello Venkadsh,

Have u executed levelling/sequencing function in APO. MRP _001 heuristic will plan assuming infinite sequencing.

Please try with with heuristic MRP _ 002 & check the results

if it does not work as per yr requirement, please try sheduling heuristic..

I assume you mean by using the Low Level Code as the scheduling sequence in the DS profile?

This functionality is working after including the low-level code field in the DS Profile at customizing.
