I think you need not buy a book to learn WebDynpro for java.

You can get all the material and tutorials or whatever you want from the SDN.

I agree. This forum is great.

But since I wanted to know more about what does behind the scenes (generate classes for example) , I thought this book could supply this insight.

I will just have to continue bothering all you great folks.....

There are many more books available in SDN by which you can get the same knowledge. if you have SID take JA310 from service market place. or any other book which covers different concepts of web dynpro java
