while installing Netweaver slim edition SP13 I got the following errors in the SAP SYSTEM INSTALLATION phase:

Hi Pangpang,

Please make sure your account (that you use for installation) have Administrator authorizations on your machine and all required environment variables have been set up correctly.

You may take a look at the OSS note 428689 which doesn't talk directly about your issues but may be helpful in troubleshooting.
