Is it possible to deploy additional SCA's through NWA? Not the upgrade patches, additional usage types like MDM / ESS-MSS etc?

Yes its possible, copy all the ESS/MSS files to your EPS/in and execute JSPM and choose ->Install Additional Usage Type
Just for clarification, i know how to use JSPM on the server.
I am asking about nwa(net weaver administrator) on the portal "http://portal:port/nwa"
