Upgrade ERROR Phase START_SHDI_FIRST DDIC locked

Hello,

we are upgradeing 4 SAP Systems from 4.70 to ECC 6.0.Oracle 10.2.

We are in Upgrade Phase START_SHDI_FIRST.

Error Message: ERROR: Starting system failed, rc=0

To analyse the errors during start of shadow instance,

view files 'STARTSFI.LOG' and 'DEVTRACE.LOG'

in directory 'D:\usr\sap\put\log'

Repeat phase until shadow instance is started

and you can log on instance number '10'.

DDIC User is locked in shadow instance, because we had some trouble

with Password.

How can we unlock the User in the shadow instance.

All Systems are productive Systems.

Set the same password for user DDIC in the PRD system and in the

SAPup with command "./SAPup set ddicpwd" from /usr/sap/put/bin ( location of your upgrade directory) directory

Are you using the latest kernel patches ?if not update your system with the latest
