XI Content for R/3 - CRM5.0 Integration

Hi All,

We are trying to use PI for integrations between R/3 & CRM. We were able to locate a standard package XI CONTENT BBPCRM 5.0 on servicemarket place and installed it on our PI instance.

However, I'm not able to figure out what exactly is available in the package by just browsing through the Repository content. The corresponding notes and info links deal with the installation process and not the content as such.

Can someone please help with the following:

1) Do we have the right package installed? i.e. XI CONTENT BBPCRM 5.0 or are there any other packages that we can install.

2) Where can we find documentation for these packages?

If your using standard business contents , you need to know the exact business scenario which you going to work.

To find out the exact business scenario,

1. Go to the standard repository objects of CRM ( here you have all the namespaces )

2. In each namepaces , drill down to Integration process to find the exact scenario requirements.

3. if you find the exact business scenraio , then you can find the message types for the particalr scenario.

or

In the standard repository objects of CRM , you can find namespaces called " basis " , here you will find the all the business scenarios of the CRM standard contant.
