Hi - if anyone can help with this issue - I'd greatly appreciate it.
We loaded CC 5.2 last year and loaded all of our custom transactions to the appropriate functions. However, since then, there have been changes to standard and custom transactions (in the authorization objects) and those changes are not showing up in the rule set. (we added new authorization objects) Is there a way to have the rule set update automatically with these?
We are running the two SAP jobs that export the texts and objects and then we have two jobs running daily in CC to bring in from those files. We then have a full system sync running daily. Updates are still not coming in.
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks,
Elizabeth
Hi Elizabeth,
1. Have you added the objects in SU24?
2. There is one file for objects which we upload in CC. Plaese make upadtes for the new objects in the same too and upload it again, so that CC understands them too.
3. make the changes in the affected roles and re-sync them in CC.
Hope that heps.
Regards.
Hersh.

... and of course regenerate the rules --> goto the config tab --> rule upload --> generate rules in the background

Hi,
Although CC has the newest master data info through the job you've ran, you will need to go into the permissions tab of the affected functions to have the newest SU24 settings activated in the function. Compare it to the PFCG in SAP back-end. There too, you will need to go into expert mode in order to get the newest SU24 info into the authorization role.
Hope this helps

Try downloading them at one shot as you had done it for the first time and then synch CC data with R/3.
Hope this would help you.
