Oracle patch error installing ABAP-J2EE

I get the following error

CJS-00170 You must install a new oracle patch 9.2.0.3.

I have already installed the Oracle patch 9.2.0.6 which came with the SAP installation media.

How can I get around this.

The install is failing at step 8 (checking Oracle patch)

Hi Christopher,

If it is giving that error it means somehow your patch installation didn't work.Try to install the patch again first and then continue the installation.

It seemed to have gone through the installation properly, but after doing it again it now works. Thank you for the help.
