Dear venky

Based on the settings made in OVLZ for the field "In Pick/pack time wrkdys", check whether any numeric value is maintained. For example, if 5 is given in this field, even if stock is available on the same day of order creation, system will allow to do PGI only after 5 days from the date of order created. Also Check in VOV8 - Field Lead Time in Days

thanks

Hello Venky

Apart form what Lakshmipathi suggested.

Kindly check you Factory Calender settings by using Tcode SCAL

By default in Standard, in Factory Calender SATURDAY is holiday.

So, kindly make necessary adjustments in your Factory Calender you are using.

Take care.

hai

it must have calculated based on backward scheduling taking into consideration Transportation lead time, transit time ,Loading time, and pickpack time and also in availability check contral parameters in T code OVZ9 the check box check without RLT maynot have been marked

Hi

In Material master MRP2 view In house production time field would be maintained 3 days.

Thats why system is calculating 3 days

Dear Venky,

Because of Availability Check Setting..Check your settings for which are all the stocks are taken into consideration while checking the avaialbility check..

Chek MM-Material Procurement type-External/Inhouse..B'coz of Inhouse production time & GR time also system will give this response in SO..

Barathi
