i have a doubt...

is it possible to use a single R/3 system with same client as a sender as well as receiver for idoc to idoc scenario?

Hi,

You can have the same R/3 server but different clients shld be there for ur requirement

I mean to not possible is sending IDoc with in the same client without XI, But with XI you can do that.

Dear Krish,

For this scenario you better use ALE configurations within the server. I dont understand why do u want to send idocs to be sent same client.

There is no need for XI in this aspect.
