Communication data is missing

Dear All,

Could anyone plz tell me ,While output type is assigned with billing document but the communication data (Communication method) is missing. from where to specify that.

Hi,

If i get the question right,

While creating Sales Document (Sales Order, Quotation etc..)

Go to:

Extras>Output>Header-->Edit

Select your Output Type, Partner and Language

And Click: Communication Method.

Ashima,

After siigning the output procedure, you need to maintain output condition type (Transaction - VV31). Standard Output condition type for billing document is RD00.
