Various BPM Patterns are,
1. Multicast Pattern.
2. Serialization Pattern.
3. Sync/Async Bridge Pattern.
4. Collect/Bundle Pattern.
You can go thro this help link for more examples in Patterns,

Hi
BPM Patterns are designed by SAP by considering the frequent requirement.these patterns can be reused in the similar requirement rather than the developer designing it from the scratch....and you can find the patterns under SAP BASIS Software Component...
The following websites containing PDF & PPT documents BPM Patterns which will answer u'r question in detail with examples:

Plz check the below on BPM patterns.
What are the patterns available in IP?
There are 4 patterns available in IP. Collect pattern, Multicast pattern, serialization pattern and sync/aysnc bridge pattern.
What is mean by pattern definition?
An Integration process comprises multiple steps that are frequently used, certain combinations of steps for collecting messages or for message in a particular sequence.
What is the use of collect patterns?
Colleting several messages and merge them into one message .It stops collecting message based on payload-dependant, Time-dependant, receiving a certain message. Collecting all messages and collecting based on a condition also available.
What is the use of multicast?
Sending a message to multiple receivers and waiting for a response message from each of the receivers, that is Sending simultaneously (ParForEach) and sending one after another (ForEach).
What is the use of serialization?
Defining the sequence in which a process sends received messages. You
specify that the process must wait for an acknowledgement from the receiver each time that it sends a message, that is one start message and multiple start message.
What is the use of sync/async Bridge?
Communication between a synchronous and an asynchronous business system.
