Client settings changed information

Please any one let me know , to find out the Changes made Client settings like how many times AND when since last three year.

Table name is T000, not T00 it was my typo.....

you can check the log using t code SCU3 and give object/table as T00 and execute you will get the required information.To see this logging must be enabled on the table T00.
