Delivery 100000093 does not exist in the database or in the archive

Hi

I have created delivery and the delivery number also given, but i am getting error like Delivery 100000093 does not exist in the database or in the archive

the details are not in LIPS LIKP tables delivery numbers also not there.

Please tell me where was the wrong?

Hi,

If the delivery document deleted, it will not be available on the tables LIKP and LIPS. You can use TCode VL22N to display the history of that document

- Check the Delivery document one again,

- Sometimes, system has dump. Contact your admind to reset system.

Please check assigned Number range to your Delivery Document whether complete range has been utilized.

Plz check the Delivery Number Range, the number range might have got exhausted.

The symptoms are that you either get a Express Document Termination error or sometimes the system gives you the number on saving the document, but the document is not created.

Check the document flow, if you don't see the delivery, its not created.

this happenses sometimes and it aso gives dump by your ID. So please check same with the BASIS team whether its giving dump or not. If so then your BASIS team will help you out and then you have to create delivery again
