SLED - Batch Determination

Can anyone advise how we can setup batch determination strategy in delivery to consider only those batch that has not been expired yet (i.e. select those batch where expiry date < current date) ?

Or does SAP std checks and block the PGI for those expired material selected?

As far as I'm aware standard system controls SLED only while GR and moving stock to another plant.

While picking for OBD you should use customer exit for batch determination. I know no other way.
