copy Material Numbers from one company to other company codes

We want to set up material numbers for invoicing from 123 to the following legal entities:

456

567

457

789

788

I know to use account assignment group WY because it will be a charge out from 123 and a charge in to the appropriate company codes. Is there material numbers available to do this? Do I have to create material numbers for each one?

Please help so that I do not have to duplicate the work efforts.
