Replication-Detasource--RFC Connection ???????

APO GURUS..

plz help..

As i m creating Datasource from Planning Area...after creation.. i m Replicating it..but it isnot giving following Error..

"Error when opening RFC Connection"

Plz guide me......

check in RSA1 all the source systems. Make sure in SM59 transaction you have active RFC connection with all the source systems. replication of data soures activates all of them pointing to a source system.

Dear Sri,

i checked the RFC Connection in SM59(for CLIENT)...following ERORRS .....

Logon - Connection Error

Error Details - Error when openign an RFC Connection

Error - hostname XXXX Unknown

LOCATION - SAP-Gateway on Host System/sapgw00

component NI (network interface)

COUNTER - 488

pLZ RESOLVE THE SAME

Dear Rajesh,

Such problem can occure if you have status 'NOEXEC' in the queues.

The status NOEXEC is set if for the user the recording of queues is set. This is a customizing setting and is user specific. In R/3 you can set the recording of queues in transaction CFC2, the correspdonding APO transaction is /SAPAPO/C4.

Please check your user settings in TA CFC2 in the R/3 system. The user should not to be set to Debugging on and T/QRFC queues will be recorded.

Set the user to debugging off.
