cannot start internal IGS

I installed SAP Netweaver Portal running on WAS J2EE 7.0.

internal IGS should be available with the installation.

When I run http://localhost:40080, I get a "HTTP 500 - internal server error."

I need to " enhance or create the instance profile parameter igs/listener/http with the value "<port>,administration", e.g igs/listener/http = 4$(SAPSYSTEM)80,administration ".

how can I do that?? my IGS is installed as an integrated IGS as part of the Java server installation.
