Java applet issue - Graphical display not shown for approval preview!

Hi,

We are running on SMR 5.0(SP11)I have installed latest version of JRE on my PC but yet I am unable to see the Graphical display of the approval preview.I can just see a "X" and when i right click and select "Show picture",still the graphical display cannot be seen.

I have not found any notes related to this issue.Has anyone faced a similar issue before?

Hi,

i only know of some older notes (i.e. 361643), perhaps you should check the security settings of you browser.

Additionally you can change the default preview to table view (see OSS-Note 1028482), this improves the performance.

Download Java software from sun Microsystems

then click the following link.

Windows XP/Vista/2000/2003 Online *

filesize: ~ 7.1 MB Instructions

yesterday i downloaded it works fine for me.

check what versions you have .
