Error in integration engine

Hi,

I am getting the following error when trying to run my scenario.

"com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: Problem inserting 4891d3f7-6c3e-624c-e100-0000c72a308a(INBOUND) into the database: com.sap.engine.services.dbpool.exceptions.BaseSQLException: Connection is invalid."

It has multiple receivers in the receiver determination.

I am getting this error for a receiver file and jdbc adapters.

It is failing in the call adapter step in the pipeline processing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

check IP and port of your connection (communication channel). Also User & PW

Hi,

There could be two reasons in my opinion.

1. Check your JDBC Receiver CC configuration settings to login into JDBC database.

2. Check the firewall settings at the receiver end.
