could you explain the use of sales order related USER STATUS PROFILE

Dear baala

Status Profile will be created and maintained in BS02 with controls of Lowest and Highest. This is further controlled whether that particular status can be processed with a warning or error.

Once you maintain this status, you have to assign in VOV8 for your sale document type so that based on the above control, sale order will throw warning / error message to end users.

Hope this is what you want.
