How to restrict user for changing the Budget profile

Hello,

we have a requirement like this

To restrict the user for changing the budget profile once the budgeting is done.

The Standard fictionally is not able to restrict user for changing the budget profile even after budget allocation, budget release and project release also.

please suggest any solution on this

Hi,

Create User Status and forbid the budget transaction.....Once u release the project assign this status to WBS.

Hi,

I would assume the initial budget profile in the project is default and the user doesnt input or change it while creating the project. If thats the case, then go to OPUJ and make the budget profile as display only. This will prevent the users from changing it.

Additional to User Stat, you can block the status with the objet b_userstat.
