Excel Integration with Cost Planning (CJR2)

Hi All,

There is a Check box called " Integrated Excel"in the Planner Profile,Layouts for controlling screen in KP34.

I would like to know about the Use of the Indicator.This indicator says that " we can enter & Display the Plan values".

I tried in CJR2 - Extras-->Excel pLanning --> Upload.

But i couldn't get the exact use of this.Is that Plan & Revenue values Upload to SAP System from Excel sheet ?if so How is the format of the excel sheet?

How the system is mapping Excel fields to SAP fields?

Actually i have created one BDC for this.But since this option is available in SAP as in built,thought to use this.

It will be great if someone gives solution in the procedural way.

Hi Sreenivas,

Thank you very much for the guidelines.I have tried the same & got the result.

I have one small change in the requirement, we need to enter plan values against Periods.(1 -12).Different Plan values to different Periods.

I am trying to add period columns from 1 to 12 in the Layout in Report Painter.I couldn't get it.

Could you please guide me how to get it?
