If it is in order itself then check the language in which it is maintained.It should be maintained in English as EN will come as soon you entar anything there.Plz check whether it is coming or not.
Its coming up in the sales order after checking in the change mode ...and the same is coming out in the output......Language English as EN is coming as as soon as the text is entered.
Whether that Text problem you are getting in the output or where?If it is in output form then please get in touch with your Abaper to debug the problem.
