Time Sheet

Dear All,

I am going to use time sheet recording function. I do not have HR Module. I have created personnel number for employees.

I know CAT2, CADO, CATA.

I am going to like:

1. Employee will record time sheet in CAT2.

2. Project manager can display in CADO.

3. Transfer cost to project

I have one question:

1. How Project Manager will approve time sheet by employees?

Hi Pritim,

CAT2 for time entry.

CAPP for Approval of the time sheet.

Enter the employee number & execute, on the left hand side you will find approval button or press shift+F2 to approve.

CAT5 to transfer the cost to Project.

Through T code CATS_APPR_LITE

You need to do the settings in data entry profile prior to that.
