Hi,
Channel is configured correctly and its showing green in RWB, but it is not polling and files are not picked up. What could be the reason.

if every thing is ok..please check your file name with extention..
and pool time.

extension is .001 and poll interval is 50.

Use Estension as : *.001
if u r putting file insource as test.001 , xyz.001

Did you checked with Filename and File Path specifed in the File Adapter.

everything is fine.
Is that Folder within XI Box , r using FTP protocol.
If u r using NFS protocol , Folder should be withinh the XI box.
Check Slash u r using / not "\" in configuration
