Monitoring of SCOT - alert when no mails sent

Hi,

I need to set up monitoring of mails in SCOT.

If mails have not been sent out for 30 minutes a alarmmail and an alert through CCMS should be triggered(so that solution manager can catch this alert).

Does anyone have an idea of how to proceed?

Could this be done automatically, or do we need to create our own module to check for timestamps or alike?

1. You will have to configure the SMTP using by SCOT tcode.
