Hi OZA,

Do you have SID???? if you have SID then only you can download it.

in https://websmp108.sap-ag.de/swdc when you give your SID and password, in advanced Search type JA310 it will give all documents related to JA310 there you will have one icon to download. just click that.

when you search the first book itself is JA310 with name JA310_Col54.pdf

This books are part of the course provided by SAP. I am not sure you can download it free. You can contact SAP education near to your place or to a SAP Education Partner.
