Hello,
We have some unique error.
The communication channel is green and is regularly polling. But the files are not picked up, we checked the configuration, filename and all related settings.
Any body faced similiar issues,or is related to some server problem. Atleast some error shold be coming.
Hi,
We also use to get same problem. Try to Inactive/active and start/stop the channel. If it works, then it is fine, otheriwse you have restart the J2EE engine. There is no other way to come out of the once it is dead like this.
For not appearing the same problme again, after restart, you can put the additional parameter 'taskTimeout' with some value like '10 to 30' seconds. After putting this parameter this problem dosen't come.
with regards,
Ravi Siddam

there are two things you need to check
1 . In the RWB or messaging monitoring system , check for the message has been processed or not for the particular CC . If its processed, U can see message id , if not the polling is working but the message is not processed.
2. Check for the authorization of the user accessing the particular folders.
Even its not working , completely restart the J2ee engine in SMICM transaction.
Note : file names are case sensitive.
Thanks

-Check the filename (case sensitive)
-Check the directory.
-Check file is there or not. (with same extension)
After that restart the channel or reactivate it.
Thanks

Hi Anandha,
Refresh the cache. and try to check the communication channel status.
If the problem persists, paste the trace you are getting in the communication channel monitoring for file adapter ?

Hi
Hope u have checked in RWB CC Monitoring.Select u r CC and find the status.
If it is green and saying polling as u said , check with u r folder given in u r config and physical file placed by u are same.
if this done it shud poll or give error if any in u r CC Monitoring.

Dear Anand ,
Check the same in Communication Channel Monitoring, whether it is taking any files or no.
In SXMB_MONI do check the payload has arrived or not?
Hope this will resolve the query.
Note:
plz check the file location, and see whether they are ready to be picked up or not.
Best Regards
Praveen
