The Various times involved during availabilty check or forward or backward scheduling are
Pick Pack Time
Loading Time
Lead Time
Transportation planing time.
Where in SAP are these times defined.

go to SPRO-ENTERPRISE STR-DEFINITION-LOGISTIC EXECUTION-DEFINE SHIPPING POINT. now go to the display mode of the shipping point there u will get all the datails

Spro-Enterprise structure-definition-Logistic execution-Define Shipping point
Transport and Transist time will comes from Route
