XD05: Additional Field

Hi!!

Can anyone please help me.. Is there a way I can add an additional field at XD05 where they can put free text for their reason of blocking??

I suppose it is not recommended.

It may be possible through Abap Development, by changing the Standard Program & Screen.

Hi,

I can suggest you the Z processes in this.

Create a table which gets updated when the customer is placed with a block.

In this Z table give an option for the description too.

Then when ever user is entering the sales order for this customer let ur MV45 AF*** user exit look at the table where the blocked customers with description are stored. If the customer is same as the one that is there in the Z table, let the system display the description or the text.
