Dear all

when defec is recorded for inspection lot ,how automatically notification created.please help me what shoul i do in spro

Hi Ahmad,

No need to do any SPRO setting,

Go to MIC (Master Inspection Characteristics) change mode (QS23) and click control indicator and press enter, in control indicator 2nd screen you need to tick Defect recording box (X) and save the MIC.

It will work when your MIC rejected during result recording it will raise pop up the screen for defect recording and book the defect and save, in back ground system will create the notification.

Go to QM11 find system generated notification.

Hi

In qs41 create catalog (Use 9 and code grroup.This code group should contain defect codes)

press enter.Define in defect class wheather the defect is major or minor and wheather it is to be accepted or rejected.

In qs23 in MIC click on catalogue and assign the catalogue(9)and code group which you have created.select defects recording and rr change docs.

When you carry out results recording and enter results, if results are not accepting you get a pop up for defect notification.

Hi at the time of defects recording you get the POP UP screen to enter defects data, there you can see the activate the notifiaction tab,

if you click on that system will create the notification in the background, then you can see these notification from t-code QM11.

if you want to see from the results recording area , click on change notification.

above procedure can be done at the time of results recording , if you want to create notification ,then you can create from QF01 with inspection lot reference.
