U can check the following

1. The communication channel has status "Active" in ID.

2. The RWB -> Communication channel monitoring has the communication channel status "Started".

3. The XI RFC channel service is started in Visual Admin.

How can I know the RFC destination for my Receiver RFC adapter in SM59

Receiver RFC adapter does not require any RFC destination. So no ise of checking that.

I would suggest to follow up with BASIS team regarding this.

Dear Sushma,

Try to look in to SAP Note 730870 - FAQ XI 3.0/ PI 7.0/ PI 7.1 RFC Adapter this might help you in solving your issue.

in Runtime workbench --> in component monitoring --> display --> adapter engine --> communication channel monitoring --> use filter and check the status of ur channel... and try to activate it in workbench..

and also check the communication channel status in Integration directory also..

Hi,

In component monitoring, better check the adapter status / communication channel is up and running.
