Disp+work problem

Hi all ,

In my server disp+work is been stopped as soon as I start the server processes, Wn I connect the database I m getting an database error . Wn i give r3trans -d in cmd prompt i m getting the error :

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>r3trans -d

This is r3trans version 6.07 (release 620 - 05.08.02 - 15:04:42).

2EETW169 no connect possible: "DBMS = ORACLE --- dbs_o

ra_tnsname = 'ERP'"

r3trans finished (0012).

If any SAP notes available for tis issue.

Kindly guide me.

Hi,

Can you post us the dev_disp ( dispatcher log ) and dev_ms, so that we can analyse it better .

Hi Haren

Please check if you Oracle Listener service is running. On Windows check the Listener service, if on unix login as sidadm and check lsnrctl status.

Hi,

As per the above adhered trace, I think the problem is with the shared memory.

Cleanup any old shared memory segments and semaphores.

If you ar using Unix Platform i think u can use cleanipc.
