Is there a way to check outstanding open quotations that are not closed? Thanks!

Lee,

Go to transaction VA25 and give the date range and also select open quotation in selection criteria and execute.

Hi,

Use the T.code va25 to find list of quatations. In that list of quatations screen You can select your own criteria like quatations based on a particular sold to party ,material,validity dates.

At the bottom of the screen you have 3 options like Open quatations, My Quatations , All Quatations. Sellect Open Quatations if u want to see all the open quatations.

Either you run VA25 or go to VA23 place your mouse on the field Quotation and press F4 and again press "Enter" key. You will find list of all quotations with period Valid From and Valid To.
