Attachments from R3 in SUS

Hi,

We are working with SRM 5.5 and r3 ECC 6.0 as our backend system.

When we create a PO in r3 a message is created by default, the message send an e-mail with an attach (file with detail about PO) then in our process the PO is transfer to SUS. How can i send the attach too???? How can i transfer the attach created by the message in R3 to SUS???? I need that file in SUS, how can i do that???????

Account Assignment feature is not Visible..

How to create Account Assignment features ???

Plz guide me Steps............
