db12 archiving directory status is displayed "unkown"

but some systems display well.

what do I check?

Hi Lee,

You can try by refreshing the db12 screen, by press F8. Also please check the directory permission, your "SIDadm" should be able to ready the filesystem, probably you have have to give dba group access to "SIDadm".
