Change BID total value and target value.

Hi experts,

I've faced a great probl. I published a BID Invitation as Contract with target value 100.000 for 10 unit for examples.

The vendor said that a BID Quotation is 15000 for unit, thus my contract will be 150.000.

Before a I acept the BID the contract total value is 100.000, not 150.000.

I need change the value because the workflow for approval is based in this value.

but I couldn't find the moment to change this value.

Hi,

You can change the value in the quotation/Contract using the BADI "BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI".

HI Disha.

I check these BADI, its doen't work when I need.

I need change the value when a I click in "Bid submitted". ( Process Bid Invitation > BID > Bid submitted ).

I've put some break to check.

Hi Disha,

I'm already using BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI with object BUS2121, when I active the filtter with BUS2200 and BUS2202 I lost the some data like ORG_DATA when I create a Bid Invitation.

I found that this badi use the lost data in the method BBP_BID_CHANGE even with no code inside. I have just code BBP_SC_CHANGE with checking object type (BUS2121).

How can solve this probl?:
