Hi,

We are getting the following error in XML Message Monitoring.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes" ?>

- <!-- Receiver Identification

-->

- <SAP:Error xmlns:SAP="http://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30" xmlns:SOAP="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" SOAP:mustUnderstand="">

<SAP:Category>XIServer</SAP:Category>

<SAP:Code area="XICACHE">UPDATE</SAP:Code>

<SAP:P1 />

<SAP:P2 />

<SAP:P3 />

<SAP:P4 />

<SAP:AdditionalText />

<SAP:ApplicationFaultMessage namespace="" />

<SAP:Stack>An error occurred when refreshing the XI runtime cache</SAP:Stack>

<SAP:Retry>M</SAP:Retry>

</SAP:Error>

<b>The RFC Destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI is working fine.</b>

Prevoiusly it was XICACHE COMMUNICATION error.

After correcting INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI, we are getting XICACHE UPDATE error.

Can anyone help.

Thanks in Advance

Hi Chemmanz,

Take a look at the "How-to handle XI 3.0 Caches"?

In section 3 are some troubleshooting hints.

http://service.sap.com/netweaver -> Media Library -> How-to Guides -> Exchange Infrastructure.

Hi,

Did it help you, did you try the T code SXI_CACHE?

If you have a runtime cache, you can trigger a manual refresh here.Try it under communication channel and Receiver agreement.

Let me know your end to end scenario too.
